We sucked here. Kellie died. We took 8th, set us chasing rest of day

First set of wall balls did 35. Then like 15-20's

Kellie got 180. Then time ran out. Had to share weights in time

We won't this one. My clean and jerk were tough. Think injured rib maybe. Kinda same as Milford. They think cartilage is out in ribs near lat. going to get checked.
Hspu sucked as usual now.
Need to improve the lighter weight bar work like this. Was dead.

We won this. I did all mine unbroken. Kell broke up her DL. Was hard on her back.
Good day overall but terrible first wod. Need to work on Kellie for mental aspect of ignoring the sucky feeling, believing and pushing.
