*Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.*Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.*Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Shoulder wasn't doing good. Climbed up to 75kg for like 3...hit up to this for 5. Just shoulder was not good on turnover. Dropped down, practiced bit of position stuff. rst 10 minutes

amrap DB power snatch @ 65# *alternating every 5 TnG reps
Score: 500m was a 1:35; legs were dead fast; wow. .. then got 16 reps on the Snatch. Mentally wasn't in this one. Was a baby. Took to long to get on DB and then wasn't even going unbroken. Had to use #70..didn't have 65#.
