Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.*Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.*Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense.*Regularly learn and play new sports.—

A.Power Clean + Jerk + Hang SqT Clean + Jerk + Front SqT + Jerk; build 
climbed to 116kg B. BTN 10 rep TnG Push Press (jerk grip) - 2 attempts at higher %’s at most 
hit 90kg - got 93kg x 9, failed on 10th *if not comfortable back racking here, can either use jerk blocks and just do fast singles for 10 rep, or go TnG Front Rack

A. Clean and Jerk : climbed to 120kg..missed 130kg Jerk; just smoked from today. 
B. Front SqT : 120 x 4 , 130 x 4 x 2..then through in towel. Legs SMOKED
