Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.*Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.*Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense.*Regularly learn and play new sports.—

1st session: 1p
A. 50 Back Squats @275
Time: 13 minutes or so
did 7/10/5/5/5/5/3/3/1/3/3
*was all back. Didn't stretch enough so position wasn't great. but my back was on FIRE quick. Sure the weekend didn't help with this.
B.
100 UB Double Unders
500m Row
100 UB DU
well, fuck me! this sucked, simply cause i messed up in the 80's twice on my first go. then go it. Rowed like mid 150's so could attempt to get 100 right away. Messed up twice the second go as well. Once in the 70's once in the 80's. really big mental fuck you with that one.

pm:
A. Power Clean + Split Jerk: (added this in, just working position, split jerk has sucked so bad)
did some reps at 100kg..then went 105-110-115 with no misses. Stayed there. Jerk felt bit better. Mobility positioning is HUGE issue for me going overhead. I CANNOT stay tight. Keep overextending my back. This was never an issue, unsure what stemmed this, trying to figure out.
B. 5 rds
20 T2B
12 Thruster 105#
20 KB 53#
15 Cal Assault Bike
20 Hang Power Cleans 105#
rest 4 minutes between rounds
End Time: 45:22
will have full break down on here tomorrow. This was horrible. Forearms were on FIRE. all t2B and Thrusters Unbroken. after first round, did two sets on KB's. Could barely hold on. Hang Power cleans, first round unbroken, then two sets there after. Again, could barely hold on. Was def breathing heavy throughout also.

Rds:
