Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.*Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.*Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense.*Regularly learn and play new sports.—

Update: feeling better. Still but drained. Food now staying in long. Weight coming back but slowly. Still down quite a bit.

Mood today was shit. Zero motivation. Tons of projects going, which is good thing but stressed. Also an enormous tax bill and fire Inspector fucking with us doesn't help.

Today was kind of a wash.

Am:
Started with the power cleans. Went to 225 x 5.  No energy to go higher, didn't really struggle with anything. Did some sets at 90kg also just for some volume.

Pm:
Did a wod with some guys here trying to find some motivation.
10 t2b
30 power cleans (95)
20 t2b
20 power cleans (135)
30 t2b
10 Power clean (185)
Time: 7:40

Then followed that up with some weighted GHD and strict hspu work.

Hoping to snap out of this quick.
