Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.*Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.*Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense.*Regularly learn and play new sports.—

Tuesday, 022514

Did things little backwards today. And bit me in the ass.

Times:  2.28 / 2:30
* was tough. Thrusters, ouch. Body, all together. Slow thrusters.  Just slow reps all together I feel. 
Pinched nerve / muscle in neck on second round. Use to happen a lot since broke collars bones and surgery that affected neck. But been kinda lucky last few years. Not so much today. Hoping loosens up next day or two. Will try heat , bath etc 

Pm:
Tried to do my stuff from am, squats etc. Neck want having it. So mobility and stretch.
